Ministry work law

The Ministry of labour in Ontario playing Canada an important role in the implementation of provincial labour legislation. Employment StandardsThe Department employment 2000 through its employment standards program standards. Act sets minimum standards for employers and employees, according to the Ministry website.Health and SafetyIt enforces health and safety by using he calls "Safe at work Ontario" Act this is the strategy unit to protect of the health and safety at the job.Labor RelationsBy application workers and by supporting the various labour laws, the Department helps to support constructive working relationships. These laws include, law on collective ambulance services in 2001, the hospital labour disputes Arbitration Act and the industrial relations 1995 Act negotiations.
